High Growth Jobs, Talented Candidates Early learnings

Social Ventures Australia, Australian Network on Disability,

Published Literature

Statistics show that labour force participation rates for people with disability haven't

improved in the last 20 years. To add to that, many employers wrongly perceive that

employing a person with a disability will incur additional cost and risk to their business.

In order to improve these rates and misperception, the High Growth Jobs Talented

Candidates (HGJTC) is an innovative program that matches people with disability with employers looking for candidates to fill roles in high growth industries.
