In September 2004 the Disability Services Branch of the Department of Health and Human Services invited tenders for a suitably qualified and accredited individual or organisation to conduct a review of the tool and processes currently utilised to evaluate funded services for individuals with a disability in Tasmania. The primary focus of the review was stated to be, to research and identify an evaluation process that is objective, client focused, independent and credible.
