Published Literature

2006

Diverse Strategies for Diverse Carers presents the findings of cultural research into the everyday experiences of carers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and Anglo-Australian backgrounds. The research was conducted by the Centre for Cultural Research at the University of Western Sydney and funded by the NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care. The purpose of the study was to increase awareness and understanding of the diversity of caring experiences and the inter-relationship of cultural, socioeconomic and gender issues in shaping these experiences.
